On May 17, 2005 DATIA testified before the House Energy and Commerce Committee's Oversight and Investigations Subcommittee about products that are meant to subvert drug tests.
This testimony led to the introduction of HR 4910 by the Committee.
DATIA supports a federal initiative to end the manufacture, sale, distribution, transportation, and shipping of products meant to thwart a legal and legitimate drug test.
Dr. Jill Captain, an officer on DATIA’s board of directors, testified on DATIA’s behalf.
