Course Description and Objective

Whether you are auditing your service agents, or being audited - this course will prepare everyone for all types of audits and ways to stay "audit ready".

In the drug-free workplace industry, employers and service agents are subject to audits by federal and state regulating authorities, clients and subcontractors. This Audit Course is not just for collection site audits. DERs get audited and they are responsible for their service agents. In some form or another, by either the DER or DOT agencies, C/TPAs, SAPs, Labs, MROs, suppliers and contractors will be audited. Documents, procedures and subject matter knowledge are your best tools for a successful audit. A thorough auditor will test your knowledge and challenge the policies and procedures. This course is designed to keep you prepared for these challenges and prepared for audits.

What are the keys to a successful audit? Learn from an industry expert not only familiar with preparing clients for audits, but also knows what to do to ensure that you pass any type of audit with flying colors.

* For those new to drug and alcohol testing or looking for a primer, DATIA recommends taking the Ins & Outs of Drug & Alcohol Testing online course prior to taking this course. Doing so will provide a primer allowing you to enhance your educational experience during this course.
