Accredited Collection Facility renewal application sent to DATIA, with registration form for facility collection personnel to be scheduled to take Collector Certification Renewal Exam.

DATIA administers Collector Certification exam to each collector and collector trainer.

Accredited Collection Facility status awarded to facility once all collection staff has been recertified.

Certified Professional Collector (CPC) or Certified Professional Collector Trainer (CPCT) designation renewed through June of the following year upon passing exam.
