CONFERENCE REGISTRATION CAN BE TRANSFERRED TO ANOTHER COMPANY EMPLOYEE AT NO CHARGE THROUGH MAY 10, 2001. CANCELLATIONS RECEIVED IN WRITING BY MAY 10, 2001 WILL BE ISSUED A REFUND LESS A $50.00 PROCESSING FEE. NO REFUNDS WILL BE ISSUED AFTER 5:00 PM MAY 10, 2001.
