There is still room in DATIA's July 16, 2004 CPCT course in Washington, DC

DATIA has been receiving many phone calls from callers wanting to know if our July 16, 2004 Certified Professional Collector Trainer® (CPCT) course in Washington, DC still has openings. Yes, we still have spaces available. However, DATIA's training courses have a reputation for selling out and we don't expect this class to be any different

DATIA's CPCT course is a train the trainer course that addresses hair, sweat, oral fluids, on-site urine, and lab based urine collections. After attending this training course you will become certified to train your staff on these types of collections. You will be fully prepared for any changes that are to come in the testing of Federal and non-Federal employees. As a matter of fact, If you are interested in hearing from representatives from the Department of Health and Human Services (HHS) about the proposed changes to workplace drug testing, then plan to attend DATIA's Alternative Specimen and On-site testing- Making It Work For You Workshop one day earlier on July 15, 2004.

Question & Answer:

Question: I unsuccessfully tried to access the 49 CFR Part 40 from the Department of Transportation's (DOT) website at http://www.dot.gov/ost/dapc/regulations.html? Has the web address changed?

Answer:Yes, the DOT's Office of Drug and Alcohol Policy and Compliance (ODAPC) has revamped their website, and the regulations are no longer located at that web address. The homepage for ODAPC is still http://www.dot.gov/ost/dapc/, but the address for the regulations is http://www.dot.gov/ost/dapc/NEW_DOCS/part40.html?proc
