Question & Answer From DATIA's Forum:

Question: I have registered for an exhibit booth during DATIA's 2005 Annual Conference. When will the booth spaces be assigned?

Answer: All 2005 conference sponsors and exhibitors who pre-registered during the 2004 Annual Conference will have first choice in selecting their preferred booth assignment. Remaining booths will be assigned according to DATIA’s point system. Booth assignments will be made for those companies that have submitted their applications before the cut-off date, January 28, 2005, in accordance with the point system. Points for each exhibiting company are accumulated for level of exhibitor booth (platinum, gold, bronze), years of membership, membership level, years exhibited, and sponsorship of the conference. After January 28, 2005, space assignment will be based on a first-come, first-served basis and the individual preference of space. Confirmation of booth assignments based on the point system will be mailed on February 10, 2005, and weekly thereafter for first-come, first-served booth assignments.
