|
The Office of Safe and Drug Free Schools (OSDFS) is currently seeking qualified peer reviewers to read and evaluate grant applications for the 2005 Student Drug Testing competition.
This is a web based application process. All potential reviewers must register online at: https://www.osdfspeerreview.org. You must log into the New Reviewer Registration page. Once you have successfully logged in, be sure to select Student Drug Testing as your preferred competition.
Selected reviewers will be paid a stipend of $800 to review 10 applications and must participate in 3 conference calls over a 2 week period.
If you have any questions, the OSDFS website has tech support staff who will walk you through the process.

| Question & Answer From DATIA's Forum: |
|
Question: I was collecting a specimen the other day, and somehow in the process I lost my balance. This caused some of the specimen to spill out of the container. There was no longer enough specimen to send in for testing. I was not sure of what to do in this situation. Should I have started the shy bladder process, or should I have just started the collection process over again?
Answer: You should not start the shy bladder process, because it was not the donor's inability to provide enough specimen that caused there to be an insufficient amount of urine. Because, this was your error you should apologize to the donor, make a note in the remarks section of the CCF, and supply the donor with a new sealed collection container. Start the collection process over again from this point.
If the donor is unable to void again, only then you should start the shy bladder process.
